Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: If booked through agents/tour operator then details of applicant name , check-in and check-out dates on letterhead with Seal, Signature,Name and designation to be mentioned.

Day to Day Tour Itinerary: Mentioning details of places visiting

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance must be valid for minimum 30 days from the date of travel..Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros

Financial Document: Company and Personal Income Tax Return for 3 years..Original Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months with minimum balance of Rs.1,00,000 along with seal, sign & signatory’s name on each page.Pay slip for last 6 months.Form 16

If Employed: NOC from the employer.Salary slip of last 6 months

If Self Employed: The certificate should be duly notarized.GST Registration (original notary attestation needs to be done).Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company.Required Company Gst certificate or Incorporation certificate.

If Sponsored: Proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation (Sponsor letter should be attested by the Notary).

Other Mandatory Documents : Aadhar Card Copy.Copy of Pan card (Self Attested)

Documents from Students: NOC from School/College.School/ College Id card copy

If Retired: Retirement documents and income proof (Original or attested by bank) along with last 3 months personal bank statement (bank balance should be 1 lakhs person.

If Minor Travelling: Both Parents original passort needs to be submitted while submission.Covering letter from both the parents is needed if minor is travelling alone. Parents passport photocopy needs to be attached. Consent letter from both parents even if minor is travelling with both parents. NOC must be on 100Rs stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant & notarized
