Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover.Photo should not be older than 3 months.

Cover Letter: Covering Letter from applicant stating name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp.Letter should be on the company letterhead.Company Stamp is required on every page of the cover letter .

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter (strictly as per the format provided in our form section)from Romania attested by Office of Immigration - Ministry of External Affairs in Bucharest, with undertaking mentioning - (Romanian Company takes the obligation of bearing the costs on material assistance, healthcare and repatriation (according to article 40, paragraph 2 of the government Emergency ordinance No 194/2002, republished and modified). Invitation letter should be with company seal Romanian Company Registration Number also 2 copies of the invitation to be submitted to the Ministry of Bucharest

Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance valid in Romania, covering one day longer beyond the intended period of stay and of a value not less than 50,000 EUR (original with stamp and copy both)

Financial Document: Personal till date Bank Statement in original for latest 6 months with at least Rs 85,000/- balance and should not be older than 2 days. Pax details like name and address (address should be the same as the passport) should be mentioned in the statement and original bank seal is required on the statement

Note : Passengers to carry a t least 500 Euro cash at the time of travel ( above 10 days stay he/she should have a minimum bank balance equivalent to sum total of 50 Euro multiplied by the number of days he/she has to stay in Romania.
