Passport: Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit , period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by..letter should be faxed directly to embassy from the inviting country

Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary

If Sponsored: Sponsorship letter from company/employer must mentioned full details of the applicant, duration of stay in the country, flight details, stating financial maintenance. Letter to be issued on the company’s letterhead along with an official seal and signature;

Vaccination Certificate: Copy of oral polio vaccination.
