Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 1 photograph 2 x 2 inches and printed on a good quality paper.Photo should have 80% of face cover.Photograph should be in white background.

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign

Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)

Other Mandatory Documents : Police Clearance Certificate Apostilled by MEA
