Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: A certified invitation letter from Company / Relative or a Friend from Serbia is required or A voucher certifying prepaid arrangements made by a Tourist Agency or a Hotel booking details and confirmation from Hotel in Serbia and Montenegro. Proof of arrangements should cover each day of the intended stay.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years.Foreign exchange endorsed on passport.Bank statement for last 3 months
