Passport: scanned colour passport (First and last page) in JPEG format..passport validity as 6 months from the date of arrival and 1 blank page.

Coloured Photograph: scanned photograph required in JPEG format.Photo should not be older than 6 months.

Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit , period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by.

Travel Bookings: Air Tickets

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Invitee Documents : Copy of Certificate of Business Registration.ID copy of the signing authority.

List of Essential Documents

Passport: scanned colour passport (First and last page) in JPEG format..Scan copy of passport with minimum six months validity

Coloured Photograph: One recent colour photograph (soft copy JPG) in white background and 35–45 mm in size. 70% face without specs and glasses.

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from Invitee counterpart stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and with the detail of expenses taken care by invitee, Passport copy of the invitee. If the invitee is not a citizen, a copy of valid residence permit is needed.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Other Mandatory Documents : Occupation ,Email id, and Mobile number.

Business or Family Friends Visit: Invitation letter from the Invitee (Company or Family/Friends)
