Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant ..2 set of Forms required

Coloured Photograph: 2 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm, not older than 3 months.

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Financial Document: Company Income tax return for last 3 years.Original Company’s and Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months till datementioning the Bank’s name and telephone number clearly mentioned.

Invitee Documents : Company registration certificate of the company in Mali along with their Bank Statement (6 months) and Income Tax Return copy.

Vaccination Certificate: Yellow fever certificate
