Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping.

Coloured Photograph: 2 Recent Passport size photo of (35x40 mm)

Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Financial Document: Evidence of Sufficient funds.The bank statement must be a minimum of $1000 in credit, overdrafts are not included. This can be no more than 3 months old at time of submission.

Vaccination Certificate: Copy of oral polio vaccination..Yellow fever certificate

Passport: Original passports with a minimum validity of 6 months and 2 blank page for stamping.

Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm, not older than 3 months.

Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
