Visa Application Form: Online filled visa application form

Coloured Photograph: 1 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm, not older than 6 months..Photograph should be in white background.

Cover Letter: Covering Letter from applicant stating name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros

Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 2 years

If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months.

If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
