Passport: Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm with matte finish and not older than 6 months.

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name , email id , Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Financial Document: Original Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months with minimum balance of Rs.1,00,000 along with seal, sign & signatory’s name on each page

Invitee Documents : ID Copy of Invitee

If Sponsored: Original Company last 06 months Bank Statement with minimum balance of 1,00,000 INR
