Passport: copy of all data pages.Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for 90 days after the scheduled return

Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: Photograph 2 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm, not older than 6 months..Photograph should be in white background.

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory..Letter should also contain length of the service.

Invitation Letter: On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name , email id , Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return.Complete travel program including itinerary, dates and places to be visited.

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros

Financial Document: Original Bank Statement personal and company , bank statement of the employee should be of the salary account only, statement is required for last 3 months with Bank Seal and Signatures of the authorizing Signatory and till date.Income tax return for last 2 years .Original Letter from your bank stating credit limit on your credit card.

If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months.
