Passport: Old passport if any.Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages.Photocopy of passport.

Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 1 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm, not older than 6 months..Photo should have 80% of face cover.Photograph should be in white background.

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name , email id , Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros

Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 2 years

If Employed: Appointment letter or Contract.3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.

If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
