Day 1: Rome, Italy

A sprawling capital of Italy, Rome is one of the very few cities boasting of well-preserved architecture, art and religious iconography. There’s so much culture and history to discover when in Rome. You can explore coastal town Civitavecchia, visit the ancient halls of the 50,000-seat Colosseum, gaze upon the ceilings of Sistine Chapel in Vatican City and stroll the Capitoline Museum. You could also try the authentic pizza, fresh pasta, excellent cheeses, wines, seafood and desserts, something that you’ll not regret.

Day 2: Naples, Italy

Visit the Museo Archeologico Nazionale for a world-class collection of Egyptian and Graeco-Roman artifacts. Venture a little deeper on your Naples cruise. Take a trip into the basement of the San Lorenzo Maggiore church where you’ll find a partially excavated Roman market and a little deeper, just below the Roman ruins, you’ll find remnants from the Greeks to discover. Also try the city’s delicious cuisine. Another attraction is Salerno city that offers a rich history and boasts of a marvellous collection of parks and natural wonders. It is also a unique vantage point to take in the beauty of the Tyrrhenian Sea. You can also visit Amalfi Coast to admire the lovely cliffs as well as the small beaches and pastel-coloured fishing villages.

Day 3: Cruising

Spend the day on board, relaxing.

Day 4: Florence & Pisa, Italy

Seaport of Livorno is gateway to Florence and Pisa. Attractions in Florence include Brunelleschi’s Red Cathedral Dome on Piazza del Duomo, breath-taking scenery and the city’s streets, bridges and buildings. Attractions in Pisa include Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Battistero, Museo Nazionale di San Matteo and more.

Day 5: Monaco

(Tendered from 7:00AM to 10:00PM)

Monaco, a tiny principality on the France’s Mediterranean coastline, offers tourists so many things to do no matter its size. You can play a round of blackjack at the famous Monte Carlo Casino, watch race at the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix or visit some popular tourist places. These include Palais du Prince, Oceanographic Museum, Jardin Exotique de Monaco, Larvotto Beach, Casino Square, Saint Nicholas Cathedral, the Princess Grace Rose Garden and more.

Day 6: Cannes, France

(Tendered from 7:00AM to 4:00PM)

Stroll across the palm-shaded Promenade de la Croisette and then, pick up a few provisions at the Marché Forville. Later, hop on a ferry to Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat Islands for some light hiking or visit Fort Royal where the story of the Man in the Iron Mask originated.

Day 7: Palma de Mallorca, Spain

(Docked from 1:00PM to 9:00PM)

Palma de Mallorca is a resort city and the largest in Mallorca Island. It has a certain Gothic feel about it, especially due to the Santa María Cathedral, known to be a Gothic landmark. Other thing to do/see here include walking through a pine forest to Bellver Castle, eat at the San Juan Mercado Gastronomico, wander through the streets of Palma’s Old Town, visit El Baluard the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, shop for pearls at the city's many jewellers and more.

Day 8: Barcelona, Spain

Encounter fascinating examples from the Roman Empire, the Middle Ages, the Modern masters like Gaudî and many Cataluñian greats. Art Museums too can be found throughout the city, displaying the works of Goya, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalî, and Joan Miró. Venture into the Mediterranean Sea or take a brisk hike through the Collserola Hills or the hilltop in Montjuïc with its botanical gardens. Round out your cruise to Barcelona dining at a tapas bar and savour a variety of delicious dishes.
