Visa Application Form: Preferably typewritten Editable format is attached. Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour photographs with 35mm x 45mm against a white background and dark clothes. face should be facing towards the camera, with hair tied back and ears visible. Photo should be in mate finish and not older than 3 months..Photos should not be used earlier

Cover Letter: Applicant email id and contact number should be mentioned in cover letter..Letter should be on a plain paper if employed person and on letterhead of the company if self employed..Covering letter from Applicant stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and saying that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the Applicant. In case applicant is travelling with someone, their name, relationship with the applicant , occupation and passport details should be mentioned on the covering letter..vaccination details should be mentioned in cover letter with statement - Applicant is fully vaccinated and is taking full responsibility for safe travels requirements stipulated for travelling to Singapore..Accommodation address should be mentioned on covering letter.

Invitation Letter: From the relative/friend/invitee stating the stating name of the applicant, nationality, passport details , Purpose of visit , period of stay, relationship with the applicant ,dates and details of expenses taken care by.

Travel Bookings: Ticket Itinerary

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Financial Document: Copy of bank statement for last 6 months.Only required in case of no stamped visas on passport

Invitee Documents : FIN Card Copy and Passport copy

Documents from Students: School/ College Id card copy

If Minor Travelling: Visa Application form should be signed by both the parents..Birth Certificate of the Minor

Authority Letter: authority letter for passport delivery/collection on behalf of the applicant

Note : 1. Cross signatures on photo and form is mandatory 2. You are advised to apply for an entry visa within 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore. 3. The minimum visa validity is 9 weeks 4. Teeth should not be visible in the photo. White Colour Shirt and T-Shirt will not work on white background.
