• Mandatory Documents

  Passport: Old passport if any.Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

  Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

  Coloured Photograph: 2 Recent Passport size photo of (35x40 mm)

  Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

  Invitation Letter: With full details of the inviter: full name, address, Email-ID and telephone number. Original or copy, signed & stamped, mentioning the invitee details, the dates and purpose of the trip with detailed schedule of the business meetings or trainings (day to day schedule).

  Invitee Documents : ID Copy of Invitee

  Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)

  Note: 1. Personal appearance is mandatory at the consulate while submission. Prior appointment is mandatory. 2. INR 2742 - Mandatory premium lounge charge will be charged extra. application will not be accepted in case the required documents are not provided. 3. Information in the application form of the Inviting person or organization in China, applicant employment Status, Study details & their national Id details should be completely filled and accurate. In case of incomplete information, the applicant should fill in the complete information in online form and then submit the visa application. 4. All visa applications submitted through a travel agency must be accompanied by a profile of the agency (year of establishment, business status, contact information, etc.) and a visa authorization letter from the principal applicant. This is a mandatory requirement, and application will not be accepted in case the required document mentioned is not attached. 5. covering letter should contain basis information of the applicant passport details , visiting purpose ,travel date , place to be visited , name and address and contact no of the inviting company and the inviting person and inviting person , introduction of the company such as founding date , operation content of the company , no of staff in the company , contact person number , who is paying for the expenses . 6. INVITATION LETTER ----I (a)invitation letter should contain information of the applicant ( full name, gender,date of birth ,passport no )\ (b)Information of the planned visit ( purpose of visit,arrival date and departure date , place to be visited ,relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual , financial source for expenditure) (c) information on the inviting entity or individual ( name ,contact telephone number address ,official stamp , signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual)

Incomplete applications will result in visa refusal and delays in processing by the embassy consulate. The Embassy may ask for additional documents/personal presence while processing the Visa application/s. In certain cases, embassy/consulate may take more processing time.

  Invitee Documents : Copy of Front and back side of inviter's ID card or the legal representative's ID card.Copy of Certificate of Business Registration
