Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter should be Original.from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 3 years .Pay slip for last 3 months

Invitee Documents : ID Copy of Invitee.Thai Company’s business and Income tax papers.Company business License (in Thai Language).Thai Company profile.Certificate of business registration with list of shareholders, issued not more than 6 months. (in Thai Language)

Other Mandatory Documents : Indian Company registration Certificate
