Taiwan, officially the Republic of China, is a country in East Asia, at the junction of the East and South China Seas in the northwestern Pacific Ocean, with the People's Republic of China to the northwest, Japan to the northeast, and the Philippines to the south. The territories controlled by the ROC consist of 168 islands, with a combined area of 36,193 square kilometers (13,974 sq. mi).[j][15][36] The main island of Taiwan, formerly known as Formosa, has an area of 35,808 square kilometers (13,826 sq. mi), with mountain ranges dominating the eastern two-thirds and plains in the western third, where its highly urbanized population is concentrated.

For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

Travel Bookings: Ticket Itinerary.Complete travel program including itinerary, dates and places to be visited.

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Financial Document: Income Tax Return (ITR) last 3 years.Bank statement for last 6 months with stamp & sign of the bank

If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.

Invitation Letter: With full details of the inviter: full name, address, Email-ID and telephone number. Original or copy, signed & stamped, mentioning the invitee details, the dates and purpose of the trip with detailed schedule of the business meetings or trainings (day to day schedule).

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return.Travel Itinerary

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Financial Document: Company Income Tax Return (ITR) form.Letter from the bank recent 3 months closing balance with seal and signature from the bank.

If Employed: Appointment letter or Contract.Salary Slips of last 3 months.

If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation

Invitee Documents : Company identity card copy.company registration certificate and import export license issued by the Taiwan government.

Other Mandatory Documents : Letter Of Guarantee
