Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory..Contact Designation & Email id is required of the authorized person

Invitation Letter: Letter should contain full details of the inviter such as name and phone no of person In-charge, and in case of individuals, inviter's full name, ID no (Foreigner Registration No), and phone no..On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name , email id , Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years.Last six months' bank statements of the Applicant with a minimum balance of Rs. 100000.Bank statement should have stamp and sign on every page.

If Employed: Employment Letter

If Self Employed: Latest 6 months Company Bank Statement.Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation

Invitee Documents : Copy of Certificate of Business Registration

Other Mandatory Documents : Aadhar Card Copy
