Visa Application Form: Visa Application Form (Form 14A): The visa application form must be duly completed, either typewritten or handwritten, and signed only by the applicant. It should be filled out using the same ballpoint pen throughout, and no correction fluid (whitener) should be used. The applicant must sign at the bottom right corner of pages 1 to 3 of the form. On the last page, two signatures are required: one at the applicant’s signature field and another at the declaration section below the antecedent part. For applicants under 18 years of age, both parents must sign.

Coloured Photograph: Photos should not have been used in past Singapore visa.Two recent color photographs with white background, size of the photographs should be 35 mm X 45 mm, close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70–80% of the photograph. The photograph must show your eyes clearly with no flash reflection off the glasses, make sure that the frames do not cover any part of your eyes, your Forehead and Ears should be clearly visible and not covered by hairs. No white / off white or light color cloths. Hair should be tied as shoulders and both should be visible in photo. The photographs should be with a neutral expression (no smile) and your mouth closed. Kindly mention name and passport not behind the photographs.

Cover Letter: Original Signed Personal covering letter from the applicant or family head in case traveling along with the family, the cover letter should be addressed to The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Singapore, Mumbai and should content Applicant Name as per passport, Passport no., Nationality, Occupational details (Company name and Designation), Departure and Arrival date, Purpose of visit, who is bearing the expenses, Accommodation details (Hotel name, address, contact no and email id) Applicant Mobile number and email id. In case of self-employment the letter should be printed on the company letterhead and should be with stamp and signature.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Hotel voucher with check in and check out date and the application name. In case visiting relatives then invitation letter, passport copy and FIN card / Residence permit copy will be required from the invitee.

Financial Document: Personal recently updated bank statements for the last six months. (In case if the applicant has travelled to Singapore on the current passport then bank statement is not required)

If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months.

If Self Employed: Three years income tax papers or Company GSTN certification or any other Proof of self-employment.

Residence Proof: If the passport issued out of the Jurisdiction (Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Orissa) will be required proof of current residence which is Registered rental agreement at least valid till the date of return to India and on the name of the applicant.
