Coloured Photograph: 4 recent passport size photographs ( Not used earlier).Photograph should be in white background.

Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay..day to day schedule

Financial Document: Updated Bank Statement for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of the equivalent of USD 1500 per applicant (All the pages need to be signed and stamped by the Bank Official/Representative) If a Company bank statement is submitted then need to submit a Proof of ownership / Incorporation Certificate / GST certificate.

If Employed: Copy of last 3 months Salary Slip with Company seal, name, signatures and designation of Signing Authority.

Other Mandatory Documents : Copy of Pan card (Self Attested).Aadhar Card Copy

Note : The applicant needs to present a 6-month bank statement with 1 lakh credited every month along with a closing balance of 3- 4 lakhs.

Other Mandatory Documents : Colour copy of the degree certificate duly attested by Apostille with QR code from Ministry of External Affairs in India..Chamber of commerce letter

Company Documents : CR copy (Business Registration certificate of Saudi company)
