Form: FORM INZ 1224 with signature of secondary applicant e.g. only wife will sign (Required when applying with spouse)

Coloured Photograph: Soft copy of photograph Size 35X45 MM white background and latest

Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from relative/friend along with passport copy, PR card, address proof and financial documents relationship proof etc. Documents in one PDF less then size 4 MB

Accomodation: Hotel Confirmation( the Confirmation must have Hotel with detailed address, contact no. and email id ).Proof of paid hotel reservation.

Financial Document: Soft copy Bank statement for last 6 months :Balance must have at least NZD $1,000 a month, or NZD $400 a month if you have already paid for your accommodation..Income tax return for last 3 years

If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.

If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Company's Original 3 month`s bank statement with bank seal and signature..Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company

Other Mandatory Documents : Property paper with valuation in english.Fixed Deposit certificate.Aadhar Card Copy.Proof of Family relationship / Marriage Certificate

Documents from Students: School/College id card copy

If Retired: Pension slip of the last three months duly signed and stamped by an authorized person.Retirement proof (Retirement letter/certificate from employer & Pension bank passbook or pension statement)

If Minor Travelling: Birth certificate (Required when child applicant will apply application with parents)
