Coloured Photograph: 1 scanned photo..Photo should not be older than 6 months.

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: from Invitee in English Language on Company Letter Head with Company Seal, name, contact number and designation of the Authorized Signatory along with the CC No. (Compte Contribuable Number) and the Name and designation of the invited person

Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary

Chamber of Commerce Letter: Recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce/Company registration.

Vaccination Certificate: Yellow fever certificate
