Accomodation: day to day schedule. Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Original and copy of Medical travel Insurance for the stay duration

Financial Document: Personal bank A/c statement for the last 4 months. Salary slip for the last 4 months

Other Mandatory Documents : Aadhar Card Copy

Passport: Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for minimum six months at time of travel. Old passport if any. First and last page of data pages

If the invitee is not a citizen, a copy of valid residence permit is needed.
