Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from Invitee counterpart stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and with the detail of expenses taken care by invitee, Passport copy of the invitee. If the invitee is not a citizen, a copy of valid residence permit is needed.

Travel Bookings: Air Tickets

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay..day to day schedule

Travel Insurance: Original and copy of Medical travel Insurance for the stay duration

Financial Document: Personal bank A/c statement for the last 4 months.Salary slip for the last 4 months

Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)

Other Mandatory Documents : Aadhar Card Copy
