Visa Application Form: Visa application form must be filled online and should be printed and signed by the applicant.

Coloured Photograph: 04 recent passport size photographs with Matt or semi Matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Cover Letter: Covering Letter from applicant stating name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp.Letter should be on a plain paper if employed person and on letterhead of the company if self employed.

Invitation Letter: from the Invitee

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Should be valid for travel

Financial Document: Company Income Tax Return (ITR) form.Original personal bank statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank name and bank's telephone number..Income tax return for last 3 years

If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.

If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company.Articles of Memorandum (If Director / MD)
