Passport: Original passport valid for 6 months from the scheduled return and must have 2 blank pages.
Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
Coloured Photograph: Photo should not be older than 6 months..One recent passport-sized photograph (4.5 CM X 3.5 CM), white background, without glasses. Face should cover 80% of the photo.
Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros
Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years.Balance of bank must be around 4000 ISK per day.Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign
If Employed: Appointment letter or Contract.3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company.Required Company Gst certificate or Incorporation certificate.
Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
