Passport: Original Passport which should be valid for the intended stay and must have 2 back to back blank pages for visa stamping.copy of all used data pages of old passport if any.

Visa Application Form: duly filled visa application form

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Day to Day Tour Itinerary: Mentioning details of places visiting

Travel Insurance: Should be valid for travel

Financial Document: Company and personal bank account statement for last 6 months.Income tax return for last 3 years.Other financial papers like proof of investment in shares or mutual funds, property paper, Fix Deposit Receipts etc.

If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months.

If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
