Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign

Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number).Yellow fever certificate

Other Mandatory Documents : Two valid references in Ghana with their ID proof showing their status in Ghana - clear color scan copy.
