Passport: Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for 180 days from the date of departure

Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover

Invitation Letter: An invitation letter in Spanish from the Ecuadorian company which is inviting from Ecuador along with certificate RUC, SRI, IESS and the Superintendence of Companies.

Travel Bookings: Air Tickets

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Should be valid for travel

Financial Document: Original Company’s and Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months till datementioning the Bank’s name and telephone number clearly mentioned.

If Sponsored: Company registration Certificate of the Sponsoring Corporate/Company

Other Mandatory Documents : Police clearance certificate (PCC) is mandatory.
