Visa Application Form: to be filled out in English or Croatian language and signed by the applicant

Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory..For Self employed/businessman letter should be on business letterhead, for salaried letter should be on the company letterhead and for others it should be on the plain paper.

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp.A copy of the original Invitation letter, Guarantee Letter and Meeting Schedule on its letterhead.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: The insurance must be valid for the territory of the Republic of Croatia during the entire stay in Croatia..Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros

Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years.Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign

If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.

If Self Employed: Visa request letter on official letter head.Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation

Other Mandatory Documents : Copy of international credit card with proof of credit limit / foreign exchange endorsed on the passport etc..Credit card statement for last 3 months
