Coloured Photograph: 2 Photographs (35X45mm) white background, glossy finish, 80% face cover and not older than 3 months.

Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of Hotel / accommodation, reservation in Thailand with contact number and address of accommodation.

Day to Day Tour Itinerary: Mentioning details of places visiting

Financial Document: International credit card.Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 3 years.Pay slip for last 3 months

Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number).Yellow fever certificate

Other Mandatory Documents : Police clearance certificate (from Regional Passport Office) duly apostilled from Ministry of External Affairs and its official translation into Spanish (also duly apostilled from Ministry of External Affairs)
