Passport: Valid passport having validity of 6 months from the date of travel

Visa Application Form: 2 set of Forms required

Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter, attested by Immigration Office OR Commissioner of Police - Republic of Congo. One photocopy of the Invitation Letter is also required.

Travel Bookings: Air Tickets

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Invitee Documents : ID Copy of Invitee.Business License(renewed for the fiscal year) of the inviting company.

Vaccination Certificate: Yellow fever certificate

Other Mandatory Documents : Medical Certificate
