Passport: copy of all data pages.Old passport if any.Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages

Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: One recent passport-sized photograph (4.5 CM X 3.5 CM), white background, without glasses. Face should cover 80% of the photo.

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp.certified by a Notary Public and by the bodies for administrative control of foreigners -Migration Directorate of the Ministry of Interior of Bulgaria

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros.Should be valid for travel

Financial Document: Company and Personal Income Tax Return for 3 years..Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign

If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months.

Other Mandatory Documents : applicants staying temporarily in another state should submit a photocopy of the stay permit (e g. valid Indian Residency Permit or return visa to India)
