Passport: Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for 90 days after the scheduled return

Visa Application Form: To be filled in block letters and with black ink.Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .

Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover.Photo should not be older than 6 months.

Invitation Letter: On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name , email id , Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay.

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Valid for the period of stay and with minimum coverage of 10,000 Euros

Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.salary slips of last 3 months o the employer letterhead.
