Coloured Photograph: Photo to be uploaded on the online application form , Photo should be in 6000 X 6000 Pixels ( Max size 6 MB ) in JPG, PNG or BMP format.

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation

Travel Insurance: Should be valid for travel

Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years.salary slips of last 3 months o the employer letterhead..Bank statement for last 3 months

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: A valid residence permit or valid visa issued by the EU and Schengen member states, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea, the UK, Canada, the Russian Federation, or Japan, or a valid residence permit issued by the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman. OR Invitation (Letter, Petition, Note Verbal), which must be provided by a party that is interested in the applicant’s visit to the Republic of Armenia: organizations registered in Armenia, government and local self-government entities of the Republic of Armenia, and foreign diplomatic representations, international organizations or their representatives accredited in the Republic of Armenia
