Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating brief profile of company, applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory. The letter must be signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish (please avoid online translations without the supervision of a language expert)

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp.The company must be registered in the RENURE (Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes Extranjeros). The invitation letter must follow the guildelines stipulated in the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina

Invitation Letter: The Formulario de Solicitud must also be filled entirely in Spanish and email the número de expediente (case number) of the invitation letter should be there on Invitation Letter.invitation letter must be issued in Spanish, digitally via TAD.Invitation letter should be in Spanish only

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation

Travel Insurance: Valid insurance covering covid -19.Should be valid for travel

Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years.Bank certificate in clients name from bank is mandatory..Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Pay slip for last 3 months.GSTN Certificate

Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)

Other Mandatory Documents : Aadhar Card Copy.Chamber of Commerce letter accompanied by the company’s registration certificate (Original)
