Tour Itinerary

• Day 1

  Arrive in Istanbul

  Welcome to Istanbul. Arrive at the Istanbul airport and transfer to the hotel for your stay. You have the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Istanbul.

   

• Day 2

  Istanbul - Full Day Old City Tour with Lunch

  Today after breakfast depart for the Full-Day Old City Tour. Tour of "Sultan Ahmet Center", the heart of the "Old City" from where the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires were ruled. Hagia Sophia, the Church of Divine Wisdom, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian. Blue Mosque (the mosque visited from outside on Friday mornings because of noon prayer) facing Hagia Sophia, famous with its blue Iznik tiles and unique with 6 minarets, built in the name of Sultan Ahmet. Hippodrome, center of sportive events (chariot races, athletics) and political activities of the old city. Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius and German Fountain of Wilhelm II are the monuments decorating the Hippodrome. Then visit Topkapi Palace, one of the biggest museums of Turkey and the Balkan Peninsula. Then visit Grand Covered Bazaar, the most attractive shopping center and the biggest "souk" in the world with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewelry, gold, carpets, leatherware and souvenirs. Overnight stay in Istanbul.

   

• Day 3

  Istanbul - Cappadocia

  This morning after breakfast at the hotel, check out and you will be transferred to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Kayseri ASR or Nevsehir NAV (Flight not included). Arrival in Cappadocia and transfer to your hotel (appr. 1 hrs drive). Check-in to the hotel and rest of the time is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.

• Day 4

  Cappadocia - Full Day Cappadocia Tour with Lunch

  After breakfast, depart from the hotel for the Cappadocia Tour. Begin at Devrent Valley, also known as the

  Imagination Valley, with its spectacular fairy chimneys and beautiful landscapes. Continue to Pasabag, also called Monk Valley, known for its double and triple-headed rock formations. Enjoy lunch at Avanos, a town famous for its pottery and the Red River (Kizilirmak). Afterward, visit the open-air museum, a significant site in Cappadocia with 10th-century wall paintings depicting the life of Jesus Christ and the monks. The last stop will be Uchisar Castle, a natural and one of the biggest mass fairy chimneys in the region. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.

   

• Day 5

  Cappadocia - Antalya

  After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board a flight to Antalya (Flight not included). Upon arrival at Antalya airport, welcome and transfer to your hotel in Antalya. Overnight in Antalya.

   

• Day 6

  Antalya - Excursion to Pamukkale & Hierapolis Ancient City Tour with Lunch

  This morning breakfast, the first visit will be to Hierapolis, the ancient Greco-Roman city on top of hot springs. You will see the large necropolis, Great Baths, Frontinus Street, Theatre, Martyrion of St. Phillip, and the antique pool also known as Cleopatra’s pool. Finally be amazed by travertines, (the terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water) on which you can enjoy a barefooted walk. End of the tour, transfer to Antalya. Overnight stay in Antalya.

• Day 7

  Antalya - City tour with Lunch

  After breakfast, we will begin our city tour of Antalya. Our first stop will be the famous waterfall, a unique natural wonder situated on the Duden River. You'll have the opportunity to witness the breathtaking beauty of this waterfall. Next, we will proceed to Tünektepe Cable Car (Antalya Teleferik), which will take us up to a height of 605 meters. From there, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Antalya city, the new harbor, and the Mediterranean Sea. Our final destination for the day will be Kaleiçi, the old town of Antalya. Here, you can explore historical landmarks such as the Hadrianus Gate, the Clock Tower, the Fluted Minaret, and the ancient harbor. Take a leisurely stroll through the narrow streets of the old city and soak in its charming atmosphere. Return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Antalya.

   

• Day 8

  Antalya - Istanbul - Departure

  After Breakfast transfer to Antalya Airport to board a flight for Istanbul airport and onward journey.
